What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Masanka Spice offers all domestic shipping methods in the United States and Canada. Depending on the availability of the Seasoning(s) ordered, quantity, location to which the order(s) are to be delivered, a variety of shipping methods will be available to you at checkout.
Do You Ship Intetnationally?
Masanka Spice currently offers shipping throughout the United States and Canada for now. Future shipping arrangements are currently being explored to cater to our spice lovers all around the world.
How to Track My Order?
Tracking your order is a simple step process. Once your purchase is finalized, an email will be sent to you, upon receipt of payment and another once shipping is completed. You can log unto your Masanka account and find all your order information by clicking on “My Orders”, “View Details”, and “Track” to find the updated location of your package. Should you experience any issue with the above steps, kindly submit a ticket and one of our representatives will give you a call to further assist with a resolution.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Masanka Spice takes pride in the timely delivery of all packages to our wonderful customers. Orders should be received within 5-7 business days depending on your state of residence. All orders can be tracked by referring to the “How To Track My Order tab”.

If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed.
